Good morning, The Woodlands.

Memorial Hermann The Woodlands completed its 100th focused ultrasound procedure for essential tremor this week. No incision. No surgery. Just a treatment that works, repeated a hundred times for a hundred people here who needed their hands back.

Three stories today, all built for how life actually goes. A scratch kitchen that opened its doors in Conroe. A procedure that keeps getting better. A storage unit that drives to your driveway. The practical version of things.

Glad you’re here,

—Erika & Mike

Spectators Opens in Conroe With 40 TVs and a Scratch Kitchen

A fifth Spectators Bar and Grill opened Monday at 1259 Grand Central Parkway in Conroe, bringing a 6,500-square-foot space to the corridor. Owner Aneal Mohammud has built the brand around two fixtures: 40 TVs across the floor and a kitchen that works from scratch.

The new location seats 215 and is set up for families. Mohammud has made scratch-made cooking a consistent part of the Spectators identity across all five locations, and the Grand Central spot carries that through.

Why it matters: a 215-seat scratch kitchen in a family-friendly setting gives people on this end of the coverage area a place where watching a game and having a real meal happen at the same table.

Memorial Hermann Logs 100 Focused Ultrasound Procedures for Tremor

Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center has completed its 100th focused ultrasound procedure for essential tremor. The treatment is non-surgical, using MRI-guided focused ultrasound to target tissue and reduce uncontrolled shaking without any incisions.

Three physicians lead the program at the Woodlands campus: neurosurgeon Dr. Sam Javedan, radiologist Dr. Nadia Hammoud, and neurologist Dr. Allison Boyle.

Why it matters: a hundred procedures completed at the Woodlands campus means people managing essential tremor have had access to a non-surgical option without leaving this area for care.

The Storage Unit Comes to Your Driveway, Not the Other Way Around

Le Box Storage, based at 809 S. Frazier Street in Conroe, brings the storage unit to the customer. Owner Roland Lemus delivers a unit to the driveway, where it stays while the customer loads at their own pace, then picks it up and stores it until it is needed. One flat package covers the delivery, the monthly rental, and the final retrieval, with no hidden fees on either end.

The service is built for homeowners in the middle of a renovation or a home sale, families making a local move, and businesses clearing space for a relocation or office renovation. Lemus is also planning to expand into Tomball.

Why it matters: a portable storage model that removes the truck rental and the facility trip puts a practical option within reach for the moments when people are already managing a lot.
